1. Nature of Services

ShoreLux provides property oversight and concierge coordination services. We are not a property management company, real estate brokerage, construction contractor, or security provider unless expressly stated in writing.

2. Consultations

Submitting an inquiry or intake form does not create a service relationship. Services begin only after execution of a written agreement.

3. Vendor Coordination Disclaimer

Third-party vendors coordinated by ShoreLux operate independently. ShoreLux is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShoreLux shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in written agreements. ShoreLux may require deposits, charge late fees, and suspend services for non-payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, and materials are the property of ShoreLux Property & Concierge Services LLC and may not be used without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
